Hi my girl, so sorry that I have not been checking out your blog. I see you have a new pattern and I will have to make a few of those for the men here. Love your blog. You are into so many things I see and congrats on geting into CGOA. I knew you were working on that but so glad to see that you completed it.
I was looking around here and loce the OPH gan you posted about on July 23, 2005. Do you remember how you joined it? Looks like a really nice way to join.
I am so proud of you. Your work is just beautiful.
Well, love your blog and all the pretty things you are making., Big hugs, your Mom who loves and misses you so much, :-) XOXOXOXO

Question for you:

I was following the pattern, and I got a little confused near the end. The picture looks like only 1 additional row of the main color (after the long double crochets), but your pattern says two more. Do you remember which you did? The pattern reads Round 12 twice, so I couldn't tell if it was 14 total rounds or 15. Thanks for the clarification!

I really love the pattern. You can see the version I made for my son here: http://im-in-the-loop.blogspot.com/2010/08/new-hat.html
